Bio: I am a Trust Account Advocate with extensive experience and practicing in Traffic Related Law. My experience derives from practical Traffic Law Enforcement, Municipal Law Enforcement and lecturing at the Cape Town Metropolitan Police Training College. l hold a Three Year Diploma In Traffic Science, Certificate in Additional Road Traffic Law Enforcement Legislation and registered as an Assessor and Moderator with SASSETA. I also have a special interest in Criminal and Civil Law matters.I have been admitted as an advocate since 2005, have a trust account since 2019 and I am a member of the NBCSA since 2009. I was responsible for training the Outsurance personnel elevating them to Peace Officer and Traffic Warden status. I was also nominated by Traffic Management to represent Safety and Security to assist Provincial Traffic Management with the drafting of the new fine schedules/list and replacing/synergy re new legislation with the obsolete ones. Part of my functions was to give legal opinions on legislation pertaining to the working environment of Municipal Law Enforcement Officers.
